They cannot get an order right. And I'm not talking about anything complicated. Every time I order an item that typically comes with sour cream I request it without and almost every time I am not able to eat my food as when I check it when I get it home it has sour cream. This just happened tonight with their cravings meal and I had to go without dinner after spending my last 6 dollars purchasing it. I will waste the gas to travel to the gray location rather than the one right up the road since they can at least get an order right.

I get a VERY simple order everytime I go thru! 2 Doritos tacos no lettuce add sour cream&&2 Doritos tacos no lettuce(meat&cheese) and a cheese quesadilla with extra jalapeño sauce!
Wish they would slow down and fix the food correctly rather than be in a rush and screw it up or make it look unsatisfying. don't forget the food should look like the pictures your selling. other than that the people have been nice and i like how its super easy to get to from my work.
Quite possibly the BEST Taco Bell I've ever ate. Always good.
I work in fast food so I really don’t complain but why even ask “if the screen is correct” when y’all don’t even go by the damn screen apparently!
Today made the 4th time they put lettuce and tomatoes on all tacos, so I am finally saying something. ITS SUCH A SIMPLE ORDER!!! And I come almost every day!!! It’s so annoying I get it, you make mistakes!! But that simple of an order??? Come on!
